The process begins with the crushing of olives using stainless steel crushers. The paste is then kneaded for 20 to 45 minutes. Using a decanter, the oil is separated from the olive paste through centrifugal forces. This is known as cold pressing, as it doesn't require heat, ensuring the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

The Mill
Our oil mill, features a production line with a capacity of 1400 kg/h. This allows for the efficient processing of large quantities of olives, ensuring that the fruit remains fresh and of the highest quality throughout the process. Our skilled operators carefully oversee each stage to maintain the quality and integrity of the oil.
